Young Community Builders Association (YOCOBA) is a community based not for profit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting young people to become active contributors in building sustainable and inclusive communities. YOCOBA recognizes the potential of youth as catalysts for positive change and works to provide them with job creation skills, innovative training, necessary tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive.
Our Mission is to nurture a generation of socially responsible youths through job creation skills, vocational training and innovative training to help them become entrepreneurs or employers who will actively participate in community development and create lasting impacts through their collective efforts.

We envisions a future where young individuals are equipped with job creation and innovative skills, entrepreneurial opportunities, knowledge in STEM, and values to drive positive change by reducing youth’s unemployment and crime rates, foster social cohesion, and address the pressing challenges faced by their communities.
